Is Reading the Classics actually valuable?

Somehow you can’t transmit “reading the classics”. You have to go and read them yourself

Reading the classics like taking psychedelics: you can only convey a small part of your experience to others

So you might get it, but as so many before you’ll never be able to transmit it to somebody else either

Given that, I didn’t read much of the classics. I prioritize things that I can communicate and that includes learning music and making games.

Is Reading the Classics actually valuable?
